Thermische und UV-CTP-Belichter
Belichtung bei 830 nm und 405 nm, 16–35 Platten/Stunde und ±5 Mikron Wiederholgenauigkeit für scharfe, passgenaue Platten.
Zuverlässige Prozessoren
Automatische Nachfüllung, Trocknung 20–60 °C und mehrere Plattenbreiten halten die Linie mit minimalen Stillständen am Laufen.
