FAQ
Which platesetters are Ronsein-TP thermal CTP plates compatible with?
Ronsein-TP plates are 830 nm thermal plates compatible with mainstream thermal CTP systems such as Screen PlateRite, Kodak Trendsetter, Agfa Avalon and Lüscher/Xeikon-class 830 nm engines.
What are the exposure and processing conditions?
Typical sensitivity is 110–130 mJ/cm² at 830 nm, with thermal development at 22–24°C for 25–30 seconds. Exact values are listed on the product specification sheet.
What run length can I expect, and can I bake them?
Standard run length is around 150,000–300,000 impressions. Post-baking at 220–230°C raises durability to roughly 1,000,000 impressions for long packaging or publication runs.
