Excellent water reception capability speeds up the ink-water equilibrium procedure and helps to reduce water absorption during printing process. Ronsein's superior water retaining capability do effectively prevents non-image areas of the plate from scum and avoids paper distortion.

Outstanding Multi Grain Layer - Excellent Performance in Developing
Ronsein's multi grain layer polishes up the hydrophilic substances of the non-image areas on the plate. This increases the ink-water adjusting flexibility and enhances the developing performance of the tiny dots. This also strengthens the dots’ ability to adsorb the coating layer, which consequently extends the run length of the plate.

Durable Anodic-oxidized Layer - Extraordinary Run Length
The durable and strong oxidized surface formed after the anodic oxidation process on the aluminum material prolongs the run-length of Ronsein plate. Anodic-oxidized layer also resists the corrosion of the retouching medium.

Revolutionary Multi-grain Layer
Ronsein PS plate revolutionarily steps forward to achieve a higher level of quality by offering better resolution, scum resistance and durability.
Ronsein's unique multi-layer graining technology largely increases the surface area of the plates thus enhancing water retention. Higher water retention in non-image areas holds back the ink applied to image area more effectively. This allows heavier application of ink for dense, glossy prints with unwanted dots not produced.

State-of-art Photopolymer Coating

Rosein's anodic-oxidation layer chemically balanced the superior durability and chemical resistance for long runs and printing reliability. Together with an additional hydrophilic coat, optimum ink-water equilibrium is quickly achieved and maintained. Ronsein's in-house R&D ensures the formulation of our own photopolymer coating is compatible with most positive plate developers and processors on the market. Ronsein's plate coating has been formulated to offer fast exposure with maximum image resolution. Micro-grain deposited on the photosensitive coat provide the plate with excellent air eduction during film to plate exposure on the copy frame.

 

Durable Anodic-oxidized Layer
Ronsein PS plate, with durable and strong oxidized surface formed after the anodic oxidation treatment on the aluminum base, excels other manufacturer in terms of largely increased printing capacity, corrosion resistance and run length.
